ideal spot for beach lovers and peaceful parks

the very nice access to Mondello Beach, just a short stroll away, made my mornings all the more good, while the nearby natural reserve offered fine walking trails that gave the feeling of an adventure around every corner.

The hotel had everything you needed and the staff on the front desk was very helpful. It was the first hotel I stayed at and they made some great recommendations for me. Pool is great

I think the front desk are trying to do 10 things at once and forget to do things they say they will.

Very nice stay, as always. Plentiful breakfast with a huge variety of meals. Excellent service overall.

The pool was refreshing, but we waited ages to check in with our bags.

The hotel was attractive and clean, had gorgeous views of the sea. Had economy twin room with wake-up service available in it. A shower and free toiletries was a plus. I greatly enjoyed the great and stunning location down to the sea.

The location is wonderful but...the hotel does not deserve 4 starts.

Service: nice and friendly but not really good I was visiting a conference on technology enhanced learning and basics such as Internet were not working. Also for a meeting the booked projector was not available

The room was okay, but the water temperature was all over the place. Either freezing or scalding. I expected some sort of warm welcome-maybe a bite-sized treat for us- but no, nothing. And don't even get me started on the terrible noise from the restaurant area, absoluteley unbearable! So close yet so far from a good review.

Location is lovely - beautiful views from 4th floor breakfast room. The salt water pool is nice. Room facilities were very good.

Was there for an event and there were lots of problems with very limited Internet access (none from rooms, only in the lobby). Miscommunication, problems with banking facilities. Some of this was due to a strong storm which apparently caused disruptions but was disappointing none the less. Restaurant food was acceptable but nicer meals were had in Mondello.

The amazing terrace restaurant made each meal lovely with its scenic ocean views. Enjoying a refreshing dip in the huge outdoor saltwater pool was a daily highlight of our stay. We were happily surprised by the proximity to the sea, allowing us seamless access to both the pool and the beautiful beach.

The hotel was pleasant and the staff was very friendly, it had decent location to the sea where you can swim off the rocks. Loved the breakfast provided, it was plentiful. The daily service was excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. I had a very good stay😃👍👍

Lovely view.

Pretty drab really. Very dated decor. Could really use updating. I suspect that because of the great location they have not felt pressured to reinvest as the views book themselves. I would not recommend staying here at the price.

Consider me officially shocked

What an very nice stay! The panoramic views of the sea were jaw-dropping from my double room. Easy access to swim in the Mediterranean was a dream come true. The kindness of the staff was refreshing, enhancing my experience. The outdoor saltwater pool is perfect. I spent hours just soaking up the sun. I'll definitely return!

We had the suite which was good-sized and stunning. The location was favourable, 16 miles to Falcone-Borsellino airport, perfectly reachable👍

The packed lunches hit the spot, especially before heading to the nearby beach! Breakfast on the top floor provided very nice ocean views. Plus, the terrace was perfect for drinks while soaking up the sun.

While staying in Mondello was lit, navigating the traffic was like a chore, and the picky lunch hours left us hungry. The toilet in our room was a bit of a personality-hard to flush when you needed it, but we made it work!
